I know how hard it is ...oh my heart breaks for you. I know how hard it is to have to wait and hope. Yes, it seems cruel that if a person has a DNR order they have to "confirm" it with the immediate family. I had to with my Dad... very sad and frightening but at the same time I know I did what Dad would have wanted. So glad you have family around. Must gentle hugs my friend.
