Tralfamadorian Texts

Yesterday was Day Two of my computer-less state plus, I've a cold. Clearly the gods aren't happy with me. Perhaps more sacrifices of virgin razor clams are in order. Must go comb the beach now. While I'm off in search of willing victims I give you the Always Supportive Jen's texts which certainly eased the trauma of my day. Moi: Am feeling better so far this AM.Hope PJ's got my computer sorted so's I can make the edits that I just know will be coming in soon (those four design/layout projects). Why aren't you home? Hmmmmmm? Jen: GOOD!!!  Keep feelin' better too, so you can swill some vino with me lata at home. That cold killed me for the first couple days. Then I felt better -- now it's draining and my head is like a 50 gallon leaky jug. Point me toward whomever you'd like me to sneeze on:-) Good luck with the computah!  Hope it's good as new and in your hands TODAY. I am not home because: ________ (fill in the blank... be kind) Moi: yur not home because yur being held captive by Tralfamadorian Fried Sand Fleas and they don't even have the decency to offer you nice cuppa vino! Moi: Just heard from Mr. Wizard, computer won't be done today after all. Sigh. HATE my iPad! Jen: ARGH!!! Sorry Miss. You can come do yur emails and such from our computer but ya gotta promise to drink vino while you do it. Moi: Always with the caveats, aren't you? Well, I believe I'm up to that arduous and terror inspiring task. Jen: You are so brave. Moi: So come home now then and stand with me against the invading Tralfamadorian hordes. We'll make our stand at Froggies. Together we'll save the universe! Jen: Do we get to wear capes and cool boots? Moi: Of course! And nice tiaras too if we can find em. Jen: Can I drive the Cat Mobile? Moi: Don't you always? ~~~Later~~~ Moi: my beautiful brain has headache which ONLY YOU can fix by coming home. Ya see, I'm onto those Transylvanian fly turds and their demonic plans. We'll convene for a cosmos saving planning session at Froggies ~~~~~~~ You can see that we were both a bit obsessed with the grape yesterday. Well....it was FRIDAY!
