To say that yesterday was a long ass day is an understatement akin to calling the invasion and war in Iraq an oopsie. Luckily, we scored the infusion cubby with THE best view. So then, a corpulently protracted day but hey, nice digs!
At the start of each new med (administered by The Amazing Bob's ultra fab nurse Laurieanne) we grimly, fearfully anticipated the this-might-happen-but-don't worry-we're-on-it allergic reactions and pain.
When those vile, punk-ass affects didn't show (YEA!), we settled in for the duration with our respective reading matter (TAB, The New Yorker. Me, a silly vampire/werewolf book), chatted with Susan the tremendous ‘terp (she’s toured Iceland by bike!) and I, of course, snapped pics.
