Summertime

Jen, Oni and I sat on the veranda, sipping our respective adult libations. Rosé for Jen, Chianti for me and, I think, a Dark and Stormy for Oni.
We watched the boats drift by and the color of the sky shift from brilliant Ultramarine (with some Titanium White added) to a deep Cerulean Blue.

It's peaceful, warm, quiet Friday night.

Ahhhh!

Now I have two brill songs in my head: Avalon by Roxy Music and Al Green doing Summertime.
