It’s Black Friday. Ya know what this means? Oh yes, of course you do!

It’s my yearly reminder to stay the fuck outta Walmart and all those other megalithic purveyors of goods made overseas by corporations too greedheaded to pay American workers a living wage. The ten highest paying retailers are listed here.

Amazingly, Amazon’s on the list:

I’m now conflicted. Amazon has nearly everything and is easy for at home shopping BUT…

Business Insider has an updated list of who sells Trump (both the Velveeta Vulgarian’s and his daughter, the Aren’t-I-beautiful-classy-and-SO-full-of-compassion Ivanka). Check it out! Yes, they’ve given slightly more to the Dems but, until their Republican/Fascist Party gifts go down to zero or close to it, they’re on my boycott list.

Same with General Electric whose total donations come in at: $1,753,871
Percentage donated to Republicans: 43.2%
Percentage donated to Democrats: 56.0%

The corp. (crap?) whose donations lean most heavily Republican/Fascist is the Altria Group who are one of the world's largest producers and marketers of tobacco and cigarettes. Phillip Morris, a subsidiary of Altria whose deathstick brands include Marlboro, Parliament, Virginia Slims and Benson & Hedges.

and of course there’s Exxon Mobil with an unsurprising Repub/Fascist heavy leaning:

I’ve listed the advertisers on the Repub/Fascist state run “news” channel who need to be abjured. I’ve listed shops who carry the Trump Crime Cartel’s goods and/or have endorsed him. AND, in case you get the Pittsburgh Post Gazette and haven’t already cancelled your subscription – DO IT. Get the NYTimes, the Washington Post or the L.A. Times. Give the gift of news without all the propaganda, reality twisting innuendos and flat out lies.

My advise? If at all fucking possible in this orgy of holiday shopping, buy from independently owned shops vs. giant corporations. OR make your prezzies OR purchase some awesome goods from makers, artists and craftspersons.

Next Friday, The Foundry Show in Pawtucket, Rhode Island opens and YES, Jen and I WILL be there.

Also, Black Market in Roxbury. Dunno if they have hours/days besides this weekend but I imagine so. They did, last year. It’s a small show and it IS fab!

This page 12 Holiday Craft Fairs and Christmas Markets Around Boston has a nice collection of places to purchase people NOT corporation supporting gifts. ONLY one of the 12 fairs listed has an entrance fee. It's the one in Wenhem – where-ever the fuck that is. The show promoters are already taking a percentage of each artist’s sales, charge the craftsperson’s table fees AND they want shoppers to pay just to walk through the door? NO FUCKING THANK YOU you greed riddled Trumplings!

What have I asked Santa for? Donations to the ACLU, Planned Parenthood and the American Indian College Fund. JUST in case any of you feel inspired and all generous and shit, give ‘em a few shekels and tell ‘em Donna sent you.
