Daybreaks

Our dawn Nantasket walkies were thwarted yet again. This time it wasn’t due to lack of sleep during the night and the siren song of our cozy crib. Nope. We made it across the illuminated Fore River Bridge before realizing that Bix was in desperate need of food. ‘Round these parts, there aren’t any 24 hour filling stations. Oopsie!

S’ok, we made it home (without running outta gazzz!) and still got to view the gorgeous colors of dawn here in Valhalla (pics below). AND Nantasket will still be there tomorrow.

What breaks in daybreak? Is it the night? Is it the sun, cracked in two by the horizon like an egg, spilling out light?
~ Margaret Atwood

There's always a story. It's all stories, really. The sun coming up every day is a story. Everything's got a story in it. Change the story, change the world.
