Gonna be a bright, sunshiney day. Warm too. I need to get out for a good long (long, for me) walk before 10. Warum? The wind's supposed to kick up then and stay kicked up all day. 

I missed my rehab jaunt yesterday due to mondo back pain. What's up with that? All that scrubbing and cleaning I did in the rainroom earlier this week used a different muscle group than I usually employ when walking or ellipticalling. These different muscles were NOT happy about being woken up from their extended hibernation.

I'm doing MUCH better than I was just a year and a few months ago though. I'm in significantly less screaming pain AND I can walk almost a full mile in one go now—not every day by any means but still!

In any case, I'm out the door for a good walk. Cheers!
