Justice

Lawfare
     noun
the strategic use of legal proceedings to intimidate or hinder an opponent (origin: law + warfare)

Trump’s right-wing toadies were afraid that the Dems would engage in lawfare to stop them from genociding, pedophiling, and building useless, redundant ballrooms at taxpayer’s expense.

This is totally Pedo’s shtick – tie everything up in court. It’s a legal shell game. He may (and often does) eventually lose BUT, in the meantime, he puts off reality AND drains the resources of his opponents.

“Trump is running the government like a mafioso,” David Corn, the Washington bureau chief for Mother Jones, wrote last month, “utilizing its power to intimidate and, if possible, take out his perceived enemies.” He added that Attorney General Pam Bondi “has been delighted to serve as both Trump’s consigliere and lawfare hitman.”  (source
Why does “lawfare” come to my mind today? Apparently Netanyahu has said that he wants the International Criminal Court shut down immediately, (insert dramatic foot stomp here) citing alleged corruption within the court. Is this rich or what?

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu slams the International Criminal Court, calling it a “corrupt and morally bankrupt institution” that “should be closed,” amid renewed controversy surrounding the court’s prosecutor.

In a post on X, Netanyahu says the ICC has acted as a “lawfare platform used by rogue regimes,” insisting that the case against Israel over its war against Hamas was baseless from the outset. (source

Being held accountable for your crimes against humanity is a little uncomfortable, isn’t it Bibi?

Putin can’t enter those same 125 countries  without the distinct risk of being arrested and extradited to The Hague to stand trial for war crimes. The countries include Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Japan, Australia, and South Korea.

How long before Pedo’s on that list? Earlier this month when he blustered and raged about destroying Iran’s infrastructure, Luis Moreno Ocampo, the founding chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, said that ShitzinPants threats could constitute war crimes. Looks like it won’t be long.

And now some responses to the latest faux assassination attempt from frustrated folks on Threads:

Kennedy was shot in a moving car...these attempts are 100% staged.

     I couldn’t agree more.

Why is it, we can hit running school children but not an 80 year old who’s shaped like a traffic cone.

His would-be assassins are as talented as his cabinet picks.

Which can easily be explained by A) this being staged and B) the “assassin” was hired by him or one of his renfields.

This is a very slow, barely moving target. We all witnessed that he can’t quickly get up from a chair and walk a few steps without falling. Also, America has more guns than people – how do they keep missing him?

I suppose he's easy to miss if you're getting paid to miss

I hear elephants are good with billionaires.

The bigger issue here is why aren’t those McDonald’s burgers and Diet Cokes doing their job yet on this 300lb 80-year-old demented man? C’mon, can his next burger or soda take it over the finish line already?
