Look at the vid—Beefy Officer Ben Fields gets the obviously smaller girl in a headlock, flips her and her desk over and backwards, slamming her to the ground, then drags her across the classroom floor.

Why is this cretinous bag of putrescent, festering, syphilitic assboils not in jail NOW?! Also too, has he been drug tested for steroid abuse? If not, WHY NOT?

Oh and the young student who filmed this heinous, violent douchery? Busted and held on $1,000 bond.

Niya Kenny was charged with “disturbing school,” which her mother questions.

Disturbing school? This is total insanity!

Reginald Seabrooks, one of the students, added this comment to his YouTube posting:

"The officer in this is a cool dude, he is not Racist!!!. Girl was asked her to put the phone away, but told teacher no and Administrator was called and asked her to come to his office. She told him no, he then called the resource officer. When he got there he asked her nicely to get up. Over and over he did nothing wrong. They asked her to get up but she wanted to show off. To some it looks bad but she wanted to prove that she was bad.”

OK, so the girl was behaving badly and the out of control, violence-is-always-the-answer officer isn't racist. Fine. But this, THIS is what he considers an appropriate response to a kid acting up? I sure as fuck hope this bag of snake shit doesn’t breed. To say the very least, he's stratospherically judgement impaired. I wonder if his mommy never told him that the real world is NOT a Marvel comic book, poorly behaving kids are NOT Doctor Doom and he is NOT The Incredible Hulk.

Dude couldn't think of ANY other possible solutions? How’s about evacuating all the students from the classroom, moving to the library and continuing class there. Leave the bad behaver in the classroom.  Call her parents. Call a psychologist. Hell’s, call ghost busters. I’m no expert on managing problem children but there’s GOT to be a better way than having some, possibly, ‘roid raging bull headlock, drag and toss a much smaller, obvs not physically resisting, teen girl around the room.

Field’s has a history of shit like this too.  Unsurprising.

Oh and now his boss is saying that a NEW vid has surfaced which shows that this much smaller person first PUNCHED the officer so, ya know, that makes his headlock, yanking her backwards, slamming her to the floor, dragging her, putting a knee to her back and handcuffing her TOTES justifiable, right? Look at the vid—do you see her punching him?

Even IF she did throw a punch (which seems wholly unsupported), this is somehow a trigger for him to go all Terminator on her? He felt his life was in danger—was just trying to get the upper hand in the battle in order to survive?

No More Mister Nice Blog has a good post up on this incident in light of FBI director James Comey’s claims of a ‘Ferguson effect’—cops are reluctant to do their jobs, to get out of the their cars because they’re afraid of being filmed.

Um, I thought cops were so intimidated by cellphones these days that they're afraid to do any policing at all. Apparently this cop doesn't have that problem:

Gosh, IF ‘Ferguson effect’ really exists, maybe the answer is to NOT be the the promiscuously overreacting, gratuitously violent bad cop and you won’t get into trouble. Don’t be Quick Draw McGraw, don’t be the Terminator in blue and you won’t be the next You Tube Villain.

Seems obvs to me.
