FCK ICE

It is certain, in any case, that ignorance, allied with power, is the most ferocious enemy justice can have.
~ James Baldwin

The orange hemorrhoid's private army of violent, dumbfuckian, mouse-dicked incels (AKA ICE) is obviously waging war against Americans. Last night in Minneapolis they attacked unarmed protesters with flash bang grenades and chemical weapons.

How to handle a tear gas canister:
First, NEVER, EVER pick up a tear gas grenade. It's ultra wicked hot and will burn you. You need welding gloves.

Cover a tear gas canister with a traffic cone or a bucket to stop the gas from spreading. If you've covered it with a traffic cone, pour water into the hole at the top of the cone to put the fire in the canister out.

Do you have a leaf blower? Remember the Portland protests the last time Prez Pedo was in power? Protesters used leaf blowers to divert the tear gas unleashed by Trump’s out of control thugs.

Check out this Popular Science post,
What to do if you’re exposed to tear gas
From protecting yourself to protecting others: everything you need to know.

Briefly, prepare:

  • Wear a scarf or bandana. Obviously a gas mask is best, but you probably don’t have one of those just lying around the house. I don’t.
  • Cover your head. If you have long hair, tie it up in a tight bun. This makes it easier to get rid of the powder later on.
  • Always wear goggles. Ski or swim goggles are fine but make sure they’re tight. These prevent tear gas particles from getting into your eyes.
  • Cover as much of your skin as possible. Less surface area for the gas to adhere to. Given that it’s winter in Minnesota, being covered isn’t such an issue, eh?
  • Carry your gear in a backpack versus a shoulder bag. Why? If you need to run (and you probably will), it’s easier to do so with a backpack.
  • Always bring water, whether it’s for staying hydrated or washing out your eyes post tear gassing.
  • Don’t wear makeup – powder in tear gas clings to mucus and other bodily fluids and, mixing with smeared makeup? My god, this is a recipe for nasty-ass eye infections to say nothing of the horror show mess.
  • Leave your contact lenses at home. Wear your glasses instead. Seriously.

If you haven’t already, have a look see through ICE List Wiki

This is a public, verifiable record of immigration enforcement activity in the United States.

It documents incidents, agencies, individuals, facilities, vehicles, and legal authorities involved in enforcement operations. Entries are structured, sourced, and timestamped to support verification, cross-referencing, and long-term analysis. The wiki is intended for use by journalists, researchers, advocates, and the general public.

This project was created by Crust News

The site has a series of pages where they’ve named 4,500 of the ICE agents. It’s far from complete but some of the listed agents have pics and links to their LinkedIn pages. Nifty. It would be cool if the database was searchable by region. This is definitely a work in progress. Maybe it'll be searchable soon?

One of the pages on ICE List Wiki is a Boycott List. They’ve just added Go Fund Me. The company has kept the fundraiser for Renee Good’s ICE murderer Jonathan Ross up. This is in violation of Go Fund Me's very own guidelines.

I’ve just read that Prez Pedo is threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807. This means he’ll send the military into Minneapolis to “suppress civil disorder, insurrection, and rebellion.” The only “disorder” or domestic violence going on right now is that caused by Pedo’s trigger happy Goon Squad.

My therapist reminded me recently that self care is not selfish. This may be my new mantra. Today I’ll possibly practice self care by staying offline, starting a new, escapist novel (something about octopuses and squid or maybe a nice murder mystery), and eating a metric fuck-ton of cookies.

Yeah babies, THAT’S the ticket!
