Thor Rides Again!

Hi, Thor here. Remember me?

I got through yesterday’s MRI swimmingly—there were no monsters or giants of claustrophobia for me to beat back. This new “open MRI” makes all the damn difference. Okay, the calm-me-down meds and the odd gummy certainly helped too. Also, turns out my imaging time was shorter than anticipated. I was only in the machine for, approximately, an hour and a half versus two hours. YEA!

On the way home, Jen and I stopped by Dairy Freeze for our traditional post scan soft serve. MMMMMMMMMMMMM, butterscotch dipped soft serve, MMMMMMMMMMMMM.

I slept a solid nine hours last night, took a rousing half mile walk (with walker) this morning and will take another, much shorter, one (sans walker) before it gets too hot outside.

Here’s a link to a tweet thread totally worth reading. It’s in response to the usual Republi/Fascist clowns who donned their sanctimonious buffoon hats in order to posture about the horrific, unfair awfulness of people who earn less than $125k having $10,000 of their student loans forgiven.

There’s more to it than just the 10Gs—go read about Biden’s three-part plan for low to middle-income borrowers.

In any case, the official White House Twitter page nails the oyster brained fucks for their ridiculous hypocritical grandstanding. The big complainers were, oopsie, recipients of forgiveness on their much pricier Paycheck Protection Program loans.

Why did Marjorie Three Toes Greene get a $180,000 PPP loan?

She theoretically “runs” a construction company. How can she do that at the same time she’s the house rep. for Georgia's 14th congressional district? Oh wait, I know the answer to this one—she doesn’t actually do either job. Her full time, exclusive gig is Lie Spreading Conspiracy Troll. So, she needed the PPP...WHY?

What about Matt-The Forehead-Gaetz's forgiven $476,000? I don’t see any info on him having a side gig. Before becoming house rep for Florida's first district, Matty was, supposedly, a lawyer. Did the PPP money go toward his sex trafficking hobby?

Vern Buchanan, another Florida House rep and the sixth wealthiest member of Congress, had $2,800,000 worth of PPP loans forgiven. He feels the Biden admin is reckless and unfair to forgive 10G for those earning less that $125,000 a year. Big Bucks Buchanan’s net worth is $157.2 million.

Back to me and my tumor farm though, I see Doc Plotkin next Tuesday. I'll get my status report—has the leviathan on my spine grown despite all that yummy radiation and wut up with the monster meningioma living on the left side of my frontal lobe..hmmmm? What will the game plan be? More surgery soon or do I get a few months or so off?

Stay tuned fellow warriors!
