I understand Jimmy Kimmel called RFK Jr. The Secretary of Health and Human Sacrifice. That’s absolutely perfect.

In yesterday’s Senate testimony RFK’s idiot namesake harped on about how vaccines are dangerous and they’re killing people and then claimed:

“I’m not taking them away from people,” Kennedy said, referring to the vaccines.

But Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., argued that not everyone can walk into a pharmacy and get a Covid shot now.

The FDA’s new limits have complicated Covid shot access in the U.S., which now depends on a patient’s age and risk level, laws and policies in their state, insurance coverage, and health-care provider. Pending CDC guidance, some pharmacies have added prescription requirements for Covid vaccines in certain states.

“You clearly are taking away vaccines,” she said after a prolonged shouting match with Kennedy. (source) 

Brainworm Boy puts his faith, his stock in his fellow vaccine liars like Retsef Levi. 

Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colo.) asked Kennedy, Donald Trump’s top health regulator, about his firing of every member of the Centers for Disease Control vaccine advisory committee, replacing them with his own picks. 

“Are you aware that … one of these new members, Dr. [Retsef] Levy, wrote that ‘evidence is mounting and indisputable that mRNA vaccines cause serious harm, including death, especially among young people,’” Bennet said. “Yes or no, are you aware that he said that?”
“I wasn’t aware. I agree with it,” responded Kennedy, a longtime anti-vaxxer.

Levi is a professor of operations management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and former intelligence official for the Israeli military. He does not have a medical background, and there is a petition calling for his firing. (source) 

Basically, Bobby Junior just talks out of his ass all the damn time. When he’s called on his bullshit, he just claims he never said what he’s def said ON RECORD, with multiple witnesses. The dude is obviously not the brightest bulb in the Kennedy fam.

Al Jazeera fact checked him during yesterday’s hours-long Senate Finance Committee hearing. The defensive, entitled douchebag claimed senators were making shit up or distorting his record whenever they challenged him. He's such a weird little weenie!

The good news though is that states (some of them anyway) are acting to protect their citizens.

The state Department of Public Health here in Massachusetts has given pharmacies permission to give people Covid-19 shots, no matter what a murder-determined federal government proclaims. Department of Public Health Commissioner Robert Goldstein told pharmacies they can ignore a state regulation that barred pharmacies from distributing vaccines not approved by a CDC board. The state is also prepping in case there’s another pandemic. 

It’s not just us either. Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania along with Massachusetts have formed a coalition. The purpose is to coordinate state-level actions on public health issues, including vaccine recommendations, in response to perceived challenges or shortfalls from the federal government. 

Where’s New Hampshire? Their state motto is Live Free or Die. I guess they’re pretty much focused on the death part. 

Meanwhile out West, California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii have formed a health alliance. Will Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico join in?

How long before Illinois, Minnesota, and Michigan form up? 

Is this the beginning of a soft secession? A balkanization?
