ICEholes shot a man while he was working, while he was on his fucking job.

Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, 28, was making a DoorDash delivery in Austin on Sunday when his car was “sideswiped” twice by ICE officers in an unmarked truck … (source) 

He was shot, taken to the hospital in serious condition but somehow released later that day into ICE custody. He was put in a “detention center” where he was been made to sleep ON THE FLOOR WHILE A BULLET WAS STILL LODGED IN HIS SPINE. He  not any pain medication or treatment while in ICE's sadistic care.

By Monday night he’d been brought to a hospital.

If he’s sent back to ICE, he’ll probably die. Obviously.

And it turns out ICE’s half-assed, slipshod, hyper enthusiastic Nazi hard-on to get as many violent, halfwitted thugs onto the streets attacking brown people was … not well thought out or implemented with any measurable skill or intelligence. Gee, shocking, no?

These untrained mutants were given guns and put on the streets before background checks and a thorough vetting were completed. 

But the whistleblower, who oversaw a staff of 100 in ICE’s Office of Professional Responsibility, which manages background investigations for job applicants, said he had never seen the agency hire people so quickly. Human resources personnel made final job offers before preliminary vetting was complete. Applicants were cleared for duty “without fingerprints, identity verification, or credit checks,” he wrote. This doesn’t even include criminal histories which they supposedly check but don’t seem to be overly bothered about.

A great example of this precocious hiring bullshit is David Brouillette. He’s the ICEhole who murdered Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero in Maine just two months ago. Brouillette had a long history of violence and *oopsie* slipped though the cracks.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed new recruits into its training program before they have completed the agency’s vetting process … as it rushes to hire federal immigration officers to carry out President Donald Trump’s mass deportation policy, a current and two former Homeland Security Department officials told NBC News.

ICE officials only later discovered that some of the recruits failed drug testing, have disqualifying criminal backgrounds or don’t meet the physical or academic requirements to serve, the sources said.

Staff members at ICE’s training academy in Brunswick, Georgia, recently discovered one recruit had previously been charged with strong-arm robbery and battery stemming from a domestic violence incident, the current DHS official said. (source) 

Now those egregious ICEholes who never should have been hired to begin with are getting the ax.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has begun quietly firing some officers brought aboard during its massive hiring surge after belated background reviews uncovered red flags or recruits failed to meet performance standards, The Washington Post reported Tuesday.

The firings follow an expansion that brought roughly 12,000 new officers and agents into ICE as the Trump administration sought to rapidly increase immigration arrests and deportations.

The hiring campaign, backed by billions of dollars approved by Congress, offered signing bonuses of up to $50,000 and drew more than 220,000 applications.

ICE also shortened training and allowed some recruits with previous law enforcement experience to bypass the agency's training academy. (source) 

Now this wholly incompetent administration is trying to claw back the big fat signing bonuses they prematurely handed out. Future wages will be garnished to get those undoubtedly already spent buckos back. I bet this is really gonna make the freshly fired, emotionally unstable, hair-trigger violent ex-ICEholes a bit testy. I wonder who they'll take their rage out on. I'm thinking domestic partners should take the kids and run for the hills NOW.

The Prairieland Nine

Who are the Prairieland Nine? 

They’re a group of nine ICE protesters who were busted at a demonstration on July 4, 2025, outside the ICE Prairieland “Detention Center” in Alvarado, Texas. The demonstrators arrived late at night with a plan to set off fireworks as part of a noise demonstration to show solidarity with those detained inside. A few of the demonstrators went off-script and stupid crazy. Good chance things would have gone wild anyway, given the Texas cops and ICE agents and all.

Governor Abbottoir has since, unsurprisingly, sacrificed the protesters and their constitutional rights on his altar to Trump. Nine of the protesters have been given ridiculous, over the top, theatrical, showpiece sentences.

 Benjamin Song: was sentenced to 100 years
Maricela Rueda: was sentenced to 70 years
Autumn Hill: was sentenced to 50 years
Savanna Batten: was sentenced to 50 years
Zachary Evetts: was sentenced to 50 years
Meagan Morris: was sentenced to 50 years
Elizabeth Soto: was sentenced to 50 years
Ines Soto: was sentenced to 50 years
Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada: was sentenced to 30 years for “conspiracy” and “concealing” left-wing zines. He was not even being at the damn protest!

50 goddamn years is more than double what former Proud Boys chairman Enrique Tarrio and Oath Keepers Founder Stewart Rhodes were sentenced to for their Trump endorsed January 6 insurrection on the Capital. FYI, nine people died directly because of Trump’s treason riot. No one died in or because of Alvarado.

Benjamin Song, who fired the gun at the police officer, was sentenced to 100 years in prison. Song was convicted of attempted murder of an officer of the United States, as well as firearm and explosives charges.

In a statement, Song said he had fired at the police officer, Lt Thomas Gross, because Gross had his weapon drawn and Song believed he was about to shoot a protester. Gross admitted during trial his weapon was pointed at the back of a person who was fleeing the parking lot.  (source) 

The officer was injured, sent to the hospital, was treated and released a couple hours later.

These sentences are absolute insanity! It’s what I’d expect from a totalitarian dictatorship like North Korea or Russia. I realize this is what micro dicked weasels like Trump and Abbott want though. What these fools don’t seem to understand is that with every obscenely gross authoritarian edict and horror show cruelty they roll out they announce, big and broad, their vast, desperate insecurity – their soft spot.

All defendants who were present at Prairieland the night of July 4, including guilty plea defendants Nathan Baumann and Seth Sikes, will have to “jointly and separately” pay $4,408.95 to the Prairieland Detention Center. (source) 

‘the fuck does that mean – “jointly and separately?” Does that mean that each have to pony up $4,408.95 or they collectively need to come up with that amount. And this is ON TOP of being imprisoned for 30-100 fucking years. How they gonna come up with that kind of dosh if they’re in the joint, hmmmmm?

And this money is for the detention center? Why? Is the poor “detention center” sad? Are the for-profit concentration camp corporations not seeing enough of a filthy windfall from their sadistically minimal investments?

When I saw Lieutenant Thomas Gross stop pursuing and point his gun at the back of a running, unarmed protester, like he testified, I was terrified. As a firearms instructor and a United States Marine Corps veteran, I understood what I was seeing. I knew what it meant for someone to lean forward into a gun, like he testified, to prepare for recoil.

As the evidence shows, I did not want to hurt anyone. I never had the intent to hurt anyone. I tried my best to avoid hurting anyone. It is impossible to say that I was trying to ambush anyone or planning any violence. I was shocked, and surprised, and saddened. I am so grateful for what didn’t happen. I am so grateful that we are not here mourning another death and tragedy. Another Alex Pretti. Another Renee Good. Another Botham Jean. Another Manuel Teran. Another Atatiana Jefferson. Another Philando Castile.

Now, 22 people have been arrested, have been persecuted, have been tortured, for what?

For nothing.

None of these people really did anything.

And none of these people have anything to do with what happened with me.

This is wrong. This is mass punishment. This is collective punishment. This is guilt by association. This is injustice.

Song is a hero. He prevented that cop from shooting an unarmed protester, who was fleeing, IN THE BACK! Song stopped a murder. Thomas Gross would have joined the ranks of Jonathan Ross, Jesus Ochoa, Raymundo Gutierrez, David Brouillette, and more. Those dudes will never, ever live down the fact that they murdered innocents. Old Tommy boy wanted to murder that innocent protester. Song stopped Gross without killing him OR causing more than a minor inconvenience of a wound.

• If you are undocumented: You have the right to remain silent and do not have to discuss your immigration or citizenship status with the police, immigration agents, or other officials. Anything you tell an officer can later be used against you in immigration court.
• If an officer knocks on your door: Do not open the door. Teach your children not to open the door. Officers must have a warrant signed by a judge to enter your home. ICE “warrants” are not signed by judges; they are ICE forms signed by ICE officers and they do not grant authority to enter a home without consent of the occupant(s).
• If you are outdoors and think you see immigration officers nearby: Move to a safe indoor space
• If you are a U.S. citizen and feel safe to do so, record the activity with your phone or write down any relevant information about what you witness—ALWAYS being careful to not interfere or otherwise obstruct the operation. 

Read the subtext — Steven Miller, Tom Homan, and Markwaynejimbob Mullin are all telling us that no amount of compliance will save our freedom or our lives. These white boys, this KKKristofascist administration don’t care about our lives – quite the opposite. 

The ICEhole who murdered Johan Sebastián Durán Guerrero in Biddeford, Maine has quite the history.

Ashley Brouillette had not heard from her ex-husband, David Brouillette, since November. She says one of their last interactions was a three-minute voicemail in which David told her that someone should slit her and her daughters’ throats.

One time, Ashley alleges, David threw hot water at her while she held their daughter. Another time, he allegedly pointed a gun at her and said he should shoot her in their bathtub.

Another ex-wife, Lucinda Brouillette, said in a statement to reporters that she “unequivocally” believes David is capable of extreme acts of violence. In hundreds of pages of court records, she has accused him of physical and verbal abuse, including allegedly dumping a plate of spaghetti on his 13-year-old daughter’s head and then tackling her while she cried. And ICE hired him.

The name of the murderers of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo of Houston still haven’t been revealed.  As usual, ICE is trotting out the tired old lie about “weaponizing his vehicle to run over the agent.” They’ve also tried to smear him as having drugs in his van. 

“After consulting with my client and his family, our understanding is that this (substance) was granulated salt,” Powers, an attorney for Salgado Araujo’s brother Victor Salgado, one of the three passengers, said in a release. Such salt “is paired with lemon and water as a homemade electrolyte mix used by outdoor workers in extreme Texas heat,” she (attorney Ruby Powers) said. (source)

Juan Jairo Coronilla Durán was a 28-year-old Mexican tourist with a valid tourist visa in Florida. His plane ticket home was for this past Saturday. He never made it. ICE pulled over the car he was in with three other people. Why did he run? Probably because he didn’t want to be beat the fuck up, disappeared into a concentration camp, and left to die. 

Trump and his death merchants achieved their goal – another dead brown person.

ICE didn’t check papers before it killed any of their victims. This was never and has never been about papers, who’s in the country legally OR who’s committed a crime of any kind. This is all about the color of your skin and the language you speak … but mostly the color of your skin. 

The only reason Usha Vance is still in this country is because she’s wealthy and married to Trump’s lapdog. It helps that she just pumped out another boy child though I’m sure the Party is deeply disappointed that he’s brown.

Doctors and human rights experts with PHR and HRC documented 412 verified incidents of the, as they euphemistically call it, ‘misuse’ of crowd-control weapons. These are also known as “less-lethal weapons.” Rubber bullets, beanbag rounds, and plastic bullets may not kill you but they can blind you, cause traumatic brain injuries, fractures, and more.

In 202 incidents (49%), force was directed at individuals with explicit legal protections or requiring special caution. Of these, 179 were violations against professional protected groups of professionals relied upon to document assemblies or safeguard demonstrators including 175 journalists, two healthcare workers, and two legal observers. Force against journalists is specifically prohibited by UN human rights guidance, First Amendment protections, and many local laws (including in California). Twenty-three incidents (6%) involved vulnerable individuals, including children (12), pregnant or elderly persons (8), or those with a visible disability (3). Force against minors, pregnant persons, and people with disabilities is restricted under CBP, ICE, LAPD, LASD, and SPPD protocols. Minors, pregnant individuals, elderly persons, people with disabilities, and journalists and healthcare workers documenting the events are not, by any reasonable standard, individuals who pose an imminent threat. Their documented injuries from crowd-control weapons suggests that force was being deployed indiscriminately, reaching bystanders and non-threatening individuals unlikely to be posing a threat to public safety, rather than being directed at any specific threat.

In 264 incidents (64%), the method of deployment itself was prohibited or restricted under applicable protocols. The most frequent violation was close-range deployment (148 incidents, 36%), where minimum safe distances specified by manufacturers and agency policy were disregarded. Shots to the head (97 incidents, 24%) and shots to the groin (7, 2%) directly violated prohibitions in every applicable agency policy reviewed, from CBP and ICE to LAPD, LASD, and SPPD, and clearly demonstrate the severe injuries these weapons can cause. (source)

DEPORT ICE!

In case I haven’t mentioned this a zillion times already, and I know I have, NOTHING from this facist fucking administration can be trusted.

The governor of New Jersey, Mikie Sherrill, Senator Andy Kim, and U.S. Rep. Rob Menendez went to check out the reports of wickedly substandard conditions at the Delaney Hall concentration camp in Newark, New Jersey. Prisoners had organized a hunger strike to protest the disgusting, befouled food and inadequate, woefully subpar medical "care."

Detained migrants said they found live worms in their meals of beans and salad. They also complained of crowded rooms with no air conditioning, and they told stories of their cases being ignored by judges or bonds being denied, all in an attempt to force them to self-deport. (source) 

The people protesting, despite what the apparatchiks are spewing, were peaceful (NOT rioters!). Then the ICE goons started shooting pepper balls and mace at people and into the crowds. Why?

Cover. Homeland Securities thugs were trying to smuggle out Martin Soto, the leader of the hunger strike. His pregnant, American citizen, wife was one of the protest organizers. ICE needed a distraction so, naturally, they turned to violence. They tried to incite a riot.

ICE and the concentration camp’s for-profit operator, GEO Group, want to transfer strike leaders to out-of-state facilities (Louisiana or Texas) in order to deflate annoying protests. Also, in doing this, they separate prisoners from their lawyers. If prisoners can't access their lawyers or the courts, they’re kept in the for-profit prison longer. The longer they’re locked up, the more money GEO Group makes. This is, basically, state sponsored human trafficking. Oh and if/when prisoners die due to contaminated/tainted food and lack of or substandard medical care? BONUS for Stephen Nosferatu Miller and his oafish, potato-brained, henchman MarkWayneBobRayRonFred, who want all insufficiently white right-wing fascists offed posthaste.

ICEholes got a bit carried away in their orgy of barbarism though – they pepper sprayed a senator. That’s gonna make for some nasty,  unavoidable, and embarrassing headlines, eh?

Kim initially tried to broker a temporary agreement between the demonstrators and federal agents, in which the agents would scale back tactical teams and immigrant advocates could inspect cars leaving the facility to see if detainees were inside.

But in the meantime, agents began pushing the crowd backward, firing less-lethal rounds containing an irritant toward the protesters and making several arrests.At times, Kim stepped between the protestors and agents putting his arms up in a “stop” motion as the scene grew chaotic.

“I tried to find a way through this … to be able to have this happen non-violently,” the senator said in a phone interview a few hours later.

“I ran up and put myself between the ICE officers and the crowd, and that’s when they started to shoot at us with the pepper balls — as well as using the pepper spray — and were tackling people."

Kim said his eyes and throat were still “burning” and his hand “hurts a lot” but added: “It’s not about me.” (source) 

Sounds like they shot at him directly. Targeted him, in fact. ICE – they don’t exactly hire the best and brightest, do they? We all knew that though. They hire desperate, emotionally stunted, intellectually unburdened, barbarity prone moldy turnips with poor impulse control.

What’s happening with the Martin Soto, the targeted prisoner? An emergency petition for his release has been filed in federal court.

“At this point, petitioner’s detention no longer resembles ordinary civil immigration custody,” the filing by attorney Alexandra Minogue argues. “It has evolved into escalating punitive confinement marked by retaliatory termination of all family visitation, threats of solitary confinement, deteriorating detention conditions, allegations that detainees were served food containing worms, attempted movement during active federal habeas proceedings, and profound psychological harm inflicted upon a pregnant United States citizen spouse and medically vulnerable children.”

Soto was deceptively, heinously, brutally moved to another concentration camp in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Minogue was able to talk with him there on Monday.

“[Martin] appeared visibly ill and substantially underweight and displayed bruising to his arms, wrists, and ankles consistent with forceful restraint,” Minogue declared in the filings.

At the time the emergency motion was made, according to the filing, “[Martin] remains housed in solitary confinement conditions and wildly restricted to access to counsel as well as terminated visitation for his family.” (source) 

DEPORT ICE – KEEP THE IMMIGRANTS!!!

Spending tens of billions of dollars from American families to perpetrate cruelty against people who aren’t violent criminals or felons is a waste of money and wrong…. Our government should focus on helping Americans afford their lives, not lock people up in for-profit detention centers where corporations like GeoGroup and CoreCivic make billions. No profiting off of human misery.

ICE and the City

ICE lies. DUH! They’re about as credible as Pedo or Story-teller Vance – that is, not at all.

ICEholes dragged Chidozie Wilson Okeke out of his car in Brooklyn. Supposedly he had "previous arrests for assault and criminal drug possession.” They say he overstayed his visa. Could any of this be true? There may be some thread of truth in there but I strongly suspect it’s been heavily embellished.

"During his arrest, Okeke refused to comply with officers' lawful commands to exit the vehicle and weaponized his vehicle to attempt to hit ICE officers. Okeke became physically combative, attempting to punch and elbow ICE officers. Our officers followed their training and used the minimum amount of force necessary to make the arrest," the ICE spokesperson said, adding that Okeke requested medical assistance. (source) 

Do Republicans all go to the same school to learn how to lie – how to warp reality like your favorite record album left in the back seat of the car on an August afternoon?

Is this like when Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin claimed that “this individual (Renee Good) was impeding law enforcement and weaponized her vehicle in an attempt to kill or cause bodily harm to federal law enforcement.” You know, this is the same Ms. Good who was shot three times by ICEhole Jonathan Ross as she was pulling away from him – remember? Ms. McLaughlin also hilariously claims that ICEholes are trained to use minimal force to resolve dangerous situations. Sure and I’m a Balanchine trained principal dancer with the American Ballet Theatre. Absolutely. 🙄

And the Lord of Lies said that Good “ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self-defense.” NOTHING they say can be believed.

Back to Brooklyn though…

Somehow Okeke was injured while being abducted by ICE (I know, you’re shocked 🙄), so much so that they actually took him to an emergency room instead of just toting him off to some holding cell before zooming him off to some Southern state concentration camp. 

A protest quickly formed outside the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and the NYPD were called (undoubtedly by ICE.)

“Upon arrival, officers observed numerous individuals acting in a disorderly manner, obstructing vehicular traffic, and blocking emergency entrances and exits at Wyckoff Heights medical center,” the police said.

The NYPD said it was not involved in the federal immigration operation and only responded to the scene after receiving 911 calls about the crowd, saying they received initial reports that there were about 200 protesters. (source)  

Did the NYPD help ICE? They say they weren’t assisting BUT this is the NYPD. I mean, C’MON, the NYC boys in blue don’t exactly have a stellar rep especially if you happen to be Black.

Mayor Mamdani said the NYPD did not coordinate with ICE.

Our laws leave nothing, no room for interpretation, about the fact that our NYPD will not participate in civil immigration enforcement, and I’ve also been very clear about my views on ICE raids as a whole. I think that they are cruel, I think that they are inhumane and I think that they do not serve any interests of public safety. (source) 

So, were the NYPD just doing a crowd-control type operation and NOT violating the city’s sanctuary laws? LOVE Mamdani but I have serious doubts about what the NYPD were up to. 

I am in support of abolishing ICE, and I'll tell you why: Because what we see is an entity that has no interest in fulfilling its stated reason to exist

We're seeing a government agency that is supposed to be enforcing some sort of immigration law, but instead, what it is doing is terrorizing people no matter their immigration status, no matter the facts of the law, and no matter the facts of the case.

And I'm tired of waking up every day and seeing a new image of someone being dragged out of a car, dragged out of their home and dragged out of their life. What we need to see is humanity. (source)

ICE, now under Mr. Posturing-Chickenshit-Dumbass-Two-First-Names Mullin (who is quite possibly even more dimwitted than ICE Barbie), is financially incentivized to let people die in custody. Did you know? Each concentration camp gets a flat rate for medical care. Every skipped exam, every denied prescription and operation is money they get to keep. The ACLU found that 95% of deaths in ICE detention were preventable if medical care had been provided. 43 people have died in the last 15 months. But, HEY, profits are up 700%! 

The Pedo administration has been sending all unaccompanied pregnant minors, apprehended by immigration coppers, to a single group shelter in Texas. You know, Texas? The state known for its officials who enjoy watching asylum seekers drown in concertina mined waters. The state motto is “We’re proudly sadistic and inhumane.” 

Some of the girls are as young as 13 and many were raped on their journey to the US. Abortion is illegal in Texas. Of course it is – women are second class citizens in Texas. The children have been through traumatic experiences and NOW they’re locked up in a jail, pregnant due to rape, and getting little to NO care. This is insanely barbaric.

“Per the direction of Chief of Staff, Matt O’Neill Levine, as of [July 22, 2025] we should be placing any pregnant children into the San Benito program moving forward,” reads an email sent by Department of Health and Human Services Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Acting Director Angie Salazar, which was obtained by the Texas Tribune. According to seven ORR sources who also spoke to the outlet—and remained anonymous out of fear of retribution—various ORR staff members are also worried that the shelter is only “one-high risk pregnancy away from catastrophe.” At the time of writing, several of the girls who have been detained have given birth, and are imprisoned with their infants. 

“These girls are experiencing high-risk pregnancies and are some of the most medically vulnerable people in detention,” Zain Lakhani, the director of migrant rights and justice at the Women’s Refugee Commission, told Jezebel. “Placing them in a facility that federal officials themselves say lacks necessary specialized care puts their lives and the lives of their babies at risk.” (source) 

Yup, this is that self proclaimed all-Jesus-all-the-time, “pro-life” (as long as that life is white, wealthy, and male), profits-before-people, Guardians Of Pedophiles party – the Republicans.

No doubt there is a great documentary to be made about Melania Knauss, the ambitious model from out of Slovenia who married a New York real-estate mogul and then found herself cast in the role of a latter-day Eva Braun, but the horrific Melania emphatically isn’t it. It’s one of those rare, unicorn films that doesn’t have a single redeeming quality. I’m not even sure it qualifies as a documentary, exactly, so much as an elaborate piece of designer taxidermy, horribly overpriced and ice-cold to the touch and proffered like a medieval tribute to placate the greedy king on his throne.

The reviewer starts out trying to be generously kind but it's unsustainable. Of course. Really, you MUST read the whole piece. There’s no paywall and the writer is a Michelangelo of takedown.

The, now wholly inaptly named, Justice Department released a total of 3 million pages of files on Epstein and Trump’s horrifically sick, vile acts of sadistic depravity on the movie’s American opening day. 

Honestly, the files are far worse than what I’d anticipated and I’ve only seen bits and pieces so far. I mean, this is sick, serial killer level shit. The only difference is that Epstein, Trump, and the rest of these barbarians are wealthy – obscenely so.

National Shutdown January 30th

Alex Pretti, Renee Good, Silverio Villegas González, and Keith Porter Jr.  have all been murdered by the Trump/Miller/Noem/Homan Goon Squads. They’re not the only ones – just the most most recent – the ones getting the most press. Why all the press? Probably because we have obvious, irrefutable video of Renee Good and Alex Pretti being murdered. All of the administration’s lies can’t change what we’ve seen with our own eyes. 

What is a general strike? It's a mass coordinated work stoppage. ALL possible economic activity comes to a halt.  Schools, shops, theaters, museums, manufacturing, etc. are shut down. Labor is withheld.

What should stay open/remain operational during a national shutdown? Critical, life-sustaining services like hospitals, emergency medical services, basic water and electricity maintenance.

The purpose of the shutdown is to exert max pressure on Prez Pedo to cut the shit with his and VP Stephen Miller’s out of control, rabid, private army. You know, the ones tasked with the ethnic and political cleansing of America. The strike is also a call to Congress to wake the fuck up and cut the funding that supports ICE. 

Will a one day general strike/national shutdown make everything all better here in the U.S.? No but I bet it’ll achieve at least SOME of the goals. Which are:

• Immediate Withdrawal of ICE/CBP from Minnesota
• Accountability for Murders and Deaths (both outside and in the concentration camps) 
• National Action – Defunding of ICE/CBP
• Economic Disruption (demonstrating the collective power of workers and consumers to force changes in the political and economic order)

I want Jonathan Ross charged with the murder of Renee Good. I want his fellow ICEholes who stood there letting this happen and keeping a medic from attending to her, on trial as accomplices to first degree murder. I want their names.

I want the names of the maniacal fucks who fired into Alex Pretti’s body as he lay subdued on the ground. I want the names of the ICEholes who did nothing to stop the murder. They should all be suffering in the most disgusting prison for the rest of their lives.

I want ICE completely abolished.

Social strikes have been used effectively in other, smaller countries like the Philippines, Chile, South Korea, Serbia, Madagascar, Nepal, Poland, Haiti, South Africa. One key factor is that the strikes made it impossible for the regimes to function.

While strikes for specifically political purposes like deposing political leaders or affecting legislation are common in other countries — as illustrated by many of the non-U.S. examples mentioned above — they are a rarity in the U.S. An exception was the 23-day strike by 42,000 West Virginia coal miners in 1969 that forced the state legislature to pass a law providing compensation for victims of black lung disease. The only national general strike in our country’s history was organized by the labor movement to support a decades-long campaign for the eight-hour workday. This was May 1, 1886. A third of a million workers walked off their jobs – considering the U.S. population at the time was around 55 million, that’s a LOT. The biggest demonstrations were in Chicago – they went on for days.

The family resemblance is striking, no?

But a rally protesting police murders of strikers was interrupted by a bomb, followed by brutal repression. Assaults by the authorities on civil liberties, especially harsh for immigrant workers, included death by hanging of several labor leaders in a transparent miscarriage of justice, an episode now known as the Haymarket affair. This “red scare” set back the eight-hour movement for decades, but also resulted in May 1 being declared International Workers’ Day by the Socialist International to honor the eight-hour martyrs. Is the U.S. just too big, too ideologically diverse, pigheaded, and economically fucked up for a sustained (multi day/month) general strike to work? I think the fact that many of us are living paycheck to paycheck and healthcare being so obscenely expensive (to the point of often making it unaffordable to remain alive in America) makes extended strikes impossible for many.

What to do? Boycott, vote, stay informed on local, state, and national issues, be a nagging pain in the ass to your elected officials, if you still have MAGAt friends and family – confront them with reality, the truth. Don't be a bystander. Don’t give up.

Finding Out

 As of yesterday. 86.42% of Democratic congresscritters have signed on to a resolution to impeach Killer Kristi Noem. Even Chuckie sternly-worded-letter Schumer and Quisling Fetterman have come out, big and bold, that the puppy killer needs to be taken to the gravel pit.

It’s gonna happen but it’s not enough. This entire regime needs to be put down. Goebbels Miller, Prez Pedo, VP Name of the Week, the Heritage Foundation – all of these lying-ass motherfuckers need to be sent to a farm upstate where they can live happily ever after with all their other fascist friends.

Did you see? The ICEhole brigade in Minnesota are now using LRAD (long range acoustic device) weapons, at close range, against peaceful protesters. Also known as “sound cannons,” these make extremely loud, high-frequency sound and are specifically intended for the scattering crowds. Close exposure (within 20 meters/65 feet) can cause permanent hearing loss due to nerve damage, tinnitus, damage to eardrums, migraines, intense sinus pressure, and nausea. LRADs are dangerous even for deafies like me.

You do know that Stephen Miller’s ICEholes are also using LRADs because the pain and permanent disability they cause make ICEhole’s nearly nonexistent, useless peens stiff. That and pics of the First Porn Model of the US are probably the only things that'll inspire a rise in 'em.

In the 2016 court case, Edrei v. Bratton the NYPD settled a lawsuit regarding the 2014 use of LRADs on protesters. This resulted in strict limitations on "sound cannon" use. 

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit ruled that purposely using LRAD in a manner capable of causing serious injury to non-violent protesters is a violation of the U.S. Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment prohibition against excessive force. In June 2018, the court ruled that the device was an instrument of force designed for “incapacitating and painful effects” and that “the problem posed by protesters in the street did not justify the use of force, much less force capable of causing serious injury, such as hearing loss.” (source) 

So, HOW is it legal for ICEholes in Minnesota to be using LRADs? Guess what – it’s not. This dumbfuckian administration doesn’t give a shit. They think they’re all as Find-Out free as Dear Leader. NO. 

Did you know, there’s a town in Eastern Pennsylvania named Nuremberg. The population, as of a 2010 census, was just 434. I wonder if the place still exists. Seems like it’d be a perfect setting for this century’s tribunals to prosecute the prominent AND lower level perps of crimes against humanity. Everyone from King Pedo down to the lowliest ICEhole needs to be held accountable for the atrocities that have been committed.

Meanwhile, Governor Walz has made it clear to Prez Pedo’s personal lawyer Attorney General, Bleach Bondi, that Minnesota doesn’t negotiate with terrorists. In response to her extortionist demands for the state’s unredacted voter rolls, Medicaid and Food and Nutrition Service program data, and repealing sanctuary policies, Walz said, amongst other things: 

“There’s two million documents in the Epstein files we’re still waiting on. Go ahead and work on those.” 

Minnesota doesn’t negotiate with terrorists and dictators. Be like Minnesota.
