How might the U.S. Capitol rioters face justice, asks the Washington Post.

I’ll tell you how the brainjaxed Treasonweasel’s army of violent, idiotic, seditious insurrectionists should face justice!

1. These largely maskless and certainly NOT social distancing meatheads should all contract Plague45 and die – painfully – at home with no one around to help.
2. They should be arrested, shackled and not given so much as a tissue to wipe their snotty ass noses while they cry that their Grifter God isn't still prez.
3. There should be no marker to note where these fuckers are buried, no headstone with their name – their putrid, rotting corpses should be thrown into a deep pit in an uninhabited corner of the globe.

These dumbfuckian, midget dicked defectives are an embarrassment to humanity. They're so boundlessly odious, execrable and tainted, they’re unfit even for weasel, raccoon or bear snacks. Maybe if we chopped the Magats up and deep fried them, frat boys would mindlessly snarf on ‘em during the Super Bowl. Yeah, prolly. Frat boys are stupid enough to eat rat poison as long as it's deep fried.

Could Trump face charges for inciting his cult?

Possibly. There have been calls to hold him accountable for the crowd’s actions, after he told supporters earlier in the day that he would never concede the election. “He was basically encouraging people to do it,” said former federal prosecutor Jennifer Rodgers. “He’s saying they have to fight and be strong and march to the Capitol -- every step of the way he was encouraging them.” It’s not clear that a sitting president can be charged with a crime, but Trump could be charged after he leaves office. Some members of Congress, including Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, have called for his impeachment, again. (source)

Can the Out-of-Control Orange Id’s minions and Renfields be caught and prosecuted? 

There’s a ton of evidence available to prosecutors, including forensic proof such as fingerprints. Much of the criminal activity took place on live television, providing ample footage that can be combined with facial-recognition technology to identify suspects. Cameras inside the Capitol captured the action as did the social-media feeds of rioters themselves. Plus, suspects may have social-media postings that provide evidence of their intent.

Can Trump pardon his Magats? Sure but he won’t – to him, they’re nothing but faceless props. Just tools for sowing chaos and revenge on all those who wouldn’t bow down to his golden calfness.

Meanwhile, while all this was going on, I had another seizure. //groan//

Why? I THOUGHT I had taken all three of my anti seizure pills when I woke up but, later, found one in the bedding. I didn't know whether a) I’d dropped one on its way to my mouth or b) it was a stray from when I’d filled up my pillbox the previous day. I chose to believe option b and, apparently, wuz wrong, wrong, WRONG.

The seizure was getting more and more pronounced. I’d taken three Ativan, which are supposedly fast acting to quell seizures (ah, NOT fast enough) and then one of my regular anti seizure pills. FINALLY, the shaking stopped just as it was reaching my head. At that point, the EMT’s walked in. They took my vitals (which were dandy), said that I looked better and was more alert than when they’d been in three weeks back and allowed that, since this episode had a semi obvs trigger, I didn't lose consciousness and I was otherwise OK, it was safe to stay home. I was disinclined to hit MGH. After all, there were:

6,851 new Plague45 cases, 102 deaths and 2,4176 new hospitalizations here in Massachusetts YESTERDAY ALONE!

As long as I’m stable, home is safer. Home is good.
